HA Awards Grant

Congratulations on a member of your MHA receiving a Hockey Alberta Award this year. As the home MHA of the recipient we are also donating $1000 through our Every Kid Every Community Grant program to you.

In order to receive the funds, we ask that you please complete this short survey. Once completed we will send out the funds.

Please note - for programming and coach education, we ask that it be applied towards something that is upcoming. For player assistance, this can be applied to players in the current season who may be struggling financially to cover registrations fees.
