2015 Team Alberta U18 Female

The 2015 National Women’s U18 Championship took place in Huntsville, Ontario November 4-8. After finishing round-robin play at the U18 Nationals with a 1-2 record, Team Alberta fell 4-0 to Team Saskatchewan in the seventh place game to finish the tournament in eighth.

Kirsten Chamberlin played the first two periods in net, while Zoe De Beauville came on in relief in the third period. For Saskatchewan, Emma Johnson made 23 saves for the shutout win. Forward Sarah Lecavalier was named Team Alberta’s Player of the Game in the loss.

Ontario Red finished as the tournament champion following a 2-1 overtime win over Team Manitoba, while Ontario Blue edged Team BC to win bronze.
