AFHL U18AAA Statistics Change Request Form

U18AAA Coaches are able to submit a formal request to have game statistics reviewed for accuracy sake. In order for your request to be reviewed, please submit the game sheet link, the period, time on the game clock, the incorrect information on the website, and the correction that you would like reviewed.

Submissions must be received within 24 hours of completion of the game. All changes will be verified by video (via the AFHL) and will only be adjusted as long as the corresponding video verifies it.
