Team Alberta U18 Female Fall Camp underway in Edmonton

EDMONTON - Twenty-eight female athletes from across the province hope to take a big step on the Road to Red Deer as the Team Alberta U18 Female Fall Camp goes this weekend in Edmonton.

The group of 28 is vying for a spot on Team Alberta’s 20 player roster for the 2019 Canada Winter Games.

Fall camp consists of three exhibition games for the Team Alberta hopefuls; one against the St. Albert Bantam AAA Raiders, two against the University of Alberta Pandas. The full schedule can be found below:

Friday, September 28 vs St. Albert Bantam AAA - Go Auto Arena (St. Albert), 8:00 p.m.
Saturday, September 29 vs U of A Pandas - Clare Drake Arena, 3:00 p.m.
Sunday, September 30 vs U of A Pandas - Clare Drake Arena, 2:00 p.m.

The 2019 Canada Winter Games run February 15 - March 3 in Red Deer.
