Additional Info This is the application form to enter into the Killam Heartbreaker Classic. This tournament is organized by an Edmonton SWZ U18 team, the tournament is suitable for U18 NBC Tier 2 teams only. We will have 4 teams in this tournament, each team is guaranteed 4 games. We have block hotels in Camrose for all teams. If your team is selected, we will contact you before Nov 1, 2025. You will need to pay $2500 within 48 h to guarantee your spot in the tournament.
