2022 HA Female Weekend Shooting and Scoring Camp

The 2022 Hockey Alberta Female Weekend Shooting and Scoring Camp is an Alberta Built Skills Camp designed to work on the individual skills of shooting with the purpose of learning how to score.

On Ice Skills Plan

• Our plan will be to work on the individual skills of shooting with the purpose of learning how to score.  This camp will prepare our players for the upcoming season.  Each player will be involved with position specific skills (forwards and defence) as it is our belief that all players require these skills to be effective players in today’s game environment. 
  • Plan A - Three specific shooting and scoring stations
  • Plan B - Three specific shooting and scoring stations
  • Plan C - Progressions of the first two ice sessions 
• The plans will start with basic skills and progress to complex combination skills to build each players skill set. 

Ice Schedule 

• U11’s 
  • August 13 - 9:00am to 10:00am 
  • August 13 - 1:00pm to 2:00pm
  • August 14 - 9:00am to 10:00am
• U13’s 
  • August 13 - 10:15am to 11:15am 
  • August 13 - 2:15pm to 3:15pm
  • August 14 - 10:15am to 11:15am
