2025 Goalie Coach Mentorship Program

Hockey Alberta’s Goalie Coach Mentorship program presented by InGoal Magazine is designed for Goalie Coaches to gain professional development opportunities throughout the season.

The program includes 7 virtual sessions and an opportunity to experience a game day with both the Calgary Flames and Edmonton Oilers. Coaches will have the opportunity to meet and chat with NHL Goalie Coaches and learn from their experiences.

*Note that for those that register for the NHL Game Day sessions with either the Calgary Flames or Edmonton Oilers, a ticket to the game will be included.
Coaches also have the opportunity to register for only the Virtual Sessions.

The virtual sessions will all be recorded and shared with all participants. Each session will be approximately 1 hour long. An exact schedule for the seminars will come out on October 1. The program will run approximately October 1 - February 1.

Participants will also get the opportunity to benefit from Hockey Alberta’s partnership with InGoal Magazine. All participants will receive a one year subscription to InGoal Magazine included in their registration.

The NHL Game Day Sessions itinerary will be:

November 10 - Edmonton
10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. NHL Game Day Seminar
6:30 p.m. Edmonton Oilers vs. Columbus Blue Jackets

December 29 - Calgary
9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. NHL Game Day Seminar
7:00 p.m. Calgary Flames vs. Boston Bruins

*Note - all coaches who attend the NHL Game Day Seminars will receive credit for the Hockey Canada Instructional Stream 2 Goalie Clinic.

NHL Game Day Sessions - full refunds until November 1, after November 1 no refunds are available.
