Our AAA programs emphasize long-term athlete development, accountability, and respect for the game, while preparing athletes for advancement in hockey and success beyond sport. 

 

Position Overview 

 

AAA Head Coaches with the Rangers Athletic Club are responsible for leading a competitive, development-driven program that aligns with RAC values and Hockey Alberta standards. Head Coaches are expected to be educators, leaders, and role models who create positive, structured, and challenging environments for athletes.
