U13AA Head Coach
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Build and maintain a structured, high energy and supportive hockey environment
- Work collaboratively with assistant coaches, team manager and directors
- Plan and run organized and structured practices focused on player development
- Attend AEHL league games, tournament’s and team activities
- Foster a safe and respectful team environment that represents the standards and expectations of the Wheatland Athletic Association
Ideal Candidates Should:
- Demonstrate a strong technical knowledge of hockey
- Proven experience motivating and developing young athletes and developing a respectful team culture
- Posses strong communication skills
- Be certified with all required Hockey Alberta coach requirements. Wheatland will support in attaining required certifications if required.
Compensation:
- Coach honorarium’s are provided to offset expenses
