Key Responsibilities:
Culture & Leadership
- Promote and sustain a high-performance, team-first culture rooted in accountability, discipline, and respect
- Establish clear expectations for player conduct, preparation, and performance
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic
Player Recruitment & Retention
- Identify, recruit, and retain highly skilled and competitive players aligned with the organization’s values and performance expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with players, management and external sources/networks.
- Continuously evaluate roster composition to ensure competitiveness and long-term success
Strategy, Preparation and In-Game Management
- Plan, implement, and continuously refine team systems, tactics, and game strategies
- Manage all bench operations including line combinations, special teams, and situational adjustments based on opponent tactics
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous 3-5 years coaching experience at the AA+ or Junior level preferred
- Demonstrated success in player recruitment, development, and team performance
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
