U15 AAA Rebels Head Coach – Red Deer Minor Hockey
Red Deer Minor Hockey is seeking a highly motivated Head Coach for the U15 AAA Rebels competing in the Alberta Elite Hockey League. This paid, high-performance role focuses on player development, team leadership, and fostering a competitive, positive environment.
Responsibilities include leading all aspects of the season (tryouts to playoffs), managing staff, running practices and games, overseeing player evaluation, and maintaining strong communication with players and families.
Ideal candidates have strong hockey experience, leadership skills, and required certifications (HP1, Checking Skills, Shift Forward, and background check).
Salary ranges from $15,000–$17,500 plus additional incentives.
