[Development Coordinator] FSMH Development Coordinator

This role is responsible for building a unified development model across all levels of FSMH and RAC, from U7 through U18 AAA. The successful candidate will provide mentorship and support to coaches, assist with player development planning, oversee development provider relationships, and help ensure all teams operate within the standards and expectations of FSMH, RAC, Hockey Alberta, and Hockey Canada.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, mentor, and leader who is passionate about long-term player and coach development and committed to building a positive, accountable, and progressive hockey environment.
