Data & Finance Coordinator
This role is responsible for day-to-day financial administration (AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll, budgeting support), maintaining accurate data across registration and operational platforms, and preparing financial and program reports to support leadership and Board decision-making. The position also supports compliance, grant and raffle reporting, and financial processes for teams, tournaments, and major events.
Qualifications include:

Diploma/degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience

2–5 years of accounting or financial administration experience

Strong knowledge of budgeting, reconciliations, payroll, and reporting

Experience with QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel skills
-
High attention to detail, strong organization, and communication skills
Working conditions:

Hybrid, part-time role

Flexible hours with seasonal peaks (Aug–Oct)

Occasional evenings/weekends during major events
