Data & Finance Coordinator

This role is responsible for day-to-day financial administration (AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll, budgeting support), maintaining accurate data across registration and operational platforms, and preparing financial and program reports to support leadership and Board decision-making. The position also supports compliance, grant and raffle reporting, and financial processes for teams, tournaments, and major events.

Qualifications include:

  • Diploma/degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience

  • 2–5 years of accounting or financial administration experience

  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, reconciliations, payroll, and reporting

  • Experience with QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel skills

  • High attention to detail, strong organization, and communication skills

Working conditions:

  • Hybrid, part-time role

  • Flexible hours with seasonal peaks (Aug–Oct)

  • Occasional evenings/weekends during major events
