AGM Voting Delegate Registration
Filling out this form will register you as a Member Organization’s Voting Delegate.
The deadline for registering a Voting Delegate is Monday, November 17, 2025. Each Member organization is asked to identify one (1) Voting Delegate and only Members who properly complete this online registration process to identify their Voting Delegate prior to the registration deadline will be included in the voting list and entitled to vote at the meeting.
Prior to the AGM, all Voting Delegates will receive the complete meeting package as well as directions on how to access and complete the voting process.
