AGM Observer Registration

Completing this form will register you as an Observer for Hockey Alberta’s Annual Meeting.

Observers will be able to register up until 48 hours prior to the meeting. Additional Member representatives (that are not voting delegates), representatives from Minor Hockey Leagues and Hockey Alberta Committees can all register as observers.

Prior to the AGM all Observers will be provided with the complete meeting package, including instructions for how to attend the virtual meeting.
