AFHL Second Tryout Contact List

Any player seeking a tryout at the U18 AAA, U18 AA, U15 AA or U13 AA levels is responsible for contacting potential teams, and making the appropriate arrangements to be granted a second tryout.

The chart below provides the names and email addresses of the contacts for each Host MHA. When contacting a Host MHA, please provide the following information about the player:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Date of Birth
• Position

Once a second tryout has been granted, complete the AFHL Waiver Form to confirm the second tryout. These AFHL teams have indicated they are welcoming inquires for second tryouts for the following positions and divisions here. Other associations may also be open to accepting second tryouts, but may not have indicated as such. All Host MHA Contacts are located below.
