PLEASE NOTE: A Personal Account provides an individual with access to the Member Forum message board only. You cannot request Permits and Sanctions with a personal account. Permits and Sanctions must be requested through your Minor Hockey Association or Club Team. Each member organization has a Centre Ice Portal account, and is provided with a set of login credentials, and all Permit and Sanction requests must be submitted through that account.
