Female Development Program
Hockey Alberta and the University of Lethbridge Pronghorns Women’s Hockey team have partnered up to offer an inspiring opportunity for female players in Southern Alberta to develop their skills and learn from the players and coaches of the top female program in Southern Alberta.
Program: Hockey Alberta and the University of Lethbridge Pronghorn Women’s Hockey team will give players the opportunity to develop their skills in a motivating environment. Players and coaches from the Pronghorns will mentor female players in engaging drills designed to increase puckhandling, passing and shooting skills while increasing the pace and speed to which the skills can be executed.
Michelle Janus- Michelle is currently the Head Coach of the University of Lethbridge Pronghorns Women’s Hockey Team. She has also served as an assistant coach at Ryerson University.
Hailey Wood- Hailey is currently the Assistant Coach of the University of Lethbridge Pronghorns Women’s Hockey Team. Hailey was born and raised in Lethbridge before embarking on a standout career at Clarkson University (NCAA Division I) in Potsdam, New York.
Caitlin Kasprick- Caitlin is Head Coach for the Elite Midget Female Program in Lethbridge.
Cost: $185 per player
- 8 on-ice sessions
- VIP tickets to (2) two University of Lethbridge Women’s Hockey games. After the games participants in the game will be able to go down for a meet and greet with the Pronghorn players and coaches and tour the locker room.
Ice Sessions: All sessions are from 2:30 – 3:30 p.m. at Civic Ice Arena in Lethbridge
