Annual General Meeting

Each year, Hockey Alberta hosts its annual Annual General Meeting. Until 2016, the AGM was held in June, in conjunction with a Hockey Conference. In 2017, the AGM was shifted to the end of September. The event provides an opportunity for Hockey Alberta staff, Volunteers and Members to gather and participate in professional and hockey development sessions, network with colleagues from across the province, and participate in decisions on proposed new bylaws and regulations and the election of members of the Board of Directors. Also included is the Hockey Alberta Awards Luncheon, where worthy individuals and associations within Hockey Alberta, who have been nominated by their peers, are recognized. Registration and accommodation details are posted to the Hockey Alberta website 6-8 weeks prior to the Hockey Conference and Annual General Meeting.
